Marketing Manager

Job Duties:

  • Provides research, writing, and copy-editing support for all externally facing media and publications
  • Works with Digital Marketing and Engagement Specialist to design and produce media and materials for social media content, swag, collateral, newsletters, videos, paid advertising, and more
  • Coordinates agency wide, cross-departmental email communications program
  • Maintains current health data, services statistics, and other relevant research and data to support all communications and public affairs objectives
  • Coordinates external communications calendar and components including emails, social media updates, quarterly newsletters. monthly staff emails; and on-going community, Board, patient, and donor communications
  • Manages traffic flow, editorial, and production process on high-profile media projects to ensure quality, branding, style, and trademark standards are met
  • Assists in coordinating and staffing media and marketing events, including coordinating with volunteer support and key staff
  • Provides administrative and reporting support to communications and marketing team
  • Ensures achievement of agency goals, vision and mission related to job responsibilities

Requirements:

  • Relevant experience (may be combined) in any of the following: copyediting, communications, digital media, marketing, journalism or related fields of which one year of experience must include experience with Content Management Systems (CMS) platform management and editing. Graphic design software, video editing, and photography experience desired
  • Must have excellent computer skills with knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Project and Internet
  • Must be able to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends
  • Must be able to travel within and outside organization region as job dictates.
  • Proficiency in Adobe creative suite
