Maripoza Foundation offers substance abuse and chemsex treatment, intervention and prevention education services to the HIV+ population. With more than half of new HIV transmissions taking place when people are under the influence of a mind-altering substance, an accessible solution still remains out of reach for many. As the nation’s first nonprofit dedicated to this cause, Maripoza intends to fight this epidemic and offer outreach, education and treatment to those who seek to recover. The foundation also provides financial assistance to help those in need complete residential treatment and transition into sober living.
